the only thing i could actually think of is that since queer people are ostracised even in western societies that some hide their identity, a la the glasses + beard prop

I chuckled.

Also yes to more beards, but considering they can't even add stubble without making an entirely new face for it (using an existing midlander face) I don't think the devs are experienced enough to add something as big as facial hair, that might be a little to much to expect.
