Either way it looks like my queue times will still be decent playing DPS, honestly might even pick up tank since they seem to get loads of attention due to low numbers (I even get healing, Ahahaha). Never seemed like they wanted to pick a side to begin with.

Maybe something for all healer:
Give the healer more option to recover mp very fast.
They have the skill to increase mp reg over time a little. And at last has the scholar with his point system a skill, that give some mp back.
But, when you think about it, how much they probably need to heal in raids (esspecial new raids, where you probably need to ress a lot), are some more mp Regeneration skills nice.
The healers already have far far too much MP as it is now, why would we need even more MP
To much?
I burn my stuff in a few seconds, when i need to heal a lot of player (helped yesterday in cortheas some people by the world boss fate, and was multiple times very low on mp, if i didnt had unsynchroned the fate and used mp reg skill). In addition is the mp after a ress allways low and recover only slowly. More mp reg skills help by a re-start or, like i sayed, if you need to heal a lot of people (its Standard to use the 1000 mp heal skill -most better healing skills need ressources, who are limited or need time to charge-, so, your mp is going down very fast).
And what reg skills have healers? Aside of the "reg over time" skill, that everyone has, do i can only think at the scholar, who has a skill to recover 2-3k mp at once.
White mage has only one, where you dont need mp for around 3 skills, if i remember correctly.
I can not think of any other skill of that kind for the moment. And know only, that i like scholar over the other healers, because of better mp management options (and, because i like barriers and the fairy).
High-quality Super-Ethers are a big help here. 1800 MP almost doubles the 2000 MP you start out with.
And if you regularly die again in the 4m30s (the potion's cooldown) after you've been raised, there's something else going wrong in the encounter that needs fixing.
Usually we dont rely on heals that cost mp as the bulk of the healing come from the CDs. If you run out of mp is very very likely that you use casted heals way more than you should, when you get used to those cds instead of casted heals you'll find how your mp economy is much better because you waste less (dps spells are much cheaper and the cooldowns are mp free) and you heal less because you use stronger heals.
About mp recovery:
Sch has Aetherflow
Whm has lillies to have 4 casts per minute at no mp + thin air to negate the mp cost of another cast + assize
Sge has mp recovery every time they use addersgall
Ast recover mp by drawing cards + Astrodyne
As an addition if you like Sch you should use fairy and aetherflow heals before you cast any GCD heal like adlo or succor
WHM running out of MP even in today's MP economy balance can only mean few things: that WHM sit on their lilies too often they're missing out the "free MP GCD", or uses too much basic GCD healings.
That being said, so here's the takeaway: today's healer MP economy management is almost nihil. All 3 healers but SCH can run with 0 piety and still be mana positive (Yes, even WHM) so long they keep Lucid Dreaming and other MP maintenance tools rolling properly. Even SCH needs a rather long continuous period of uptime before they eventually run out of MP and this is not incl the times they would use Recitation for Critlo which would also prolong this period.
Knowing that, how are we able to add "more option to recover MP fast" without making all healers forsake what little effort of MP economy management they have to exert even further?
I think there is something to be said that the strength of WHM’s mana economy is not immediately obvious because rather than have “recover mana” it cancels 5 cast’s worth of mana per minute instead
It’s a nice point of difference even if it functionally means nothing but yeah they are never going to design mana economies around chain rezzing because at that point you may as well just delete mana as a bar in 99% of other content, healers really don’t need more mana
