You will need to iterate more on when you want to.

You can surely list a PF for example Eden 6 savage synced and min ilvl, but good luck finding others that want to do that, thats not active or alive, but you can set it up to do so.

The only synced content that people do is ultimate's and eureka by forced design ( same extent applies to Bojza ).

If you are talking about the roulettes then no, just no.

Doing the easy modes isn't relevant, people only do the roulettes because of the rewards.

Normal mode, outside of the roulette. Extreme / savage are another story. The "normal" modes are not accessible if it's ancient content in other MMORPG. I don't really see your point though ?

This is true for new features but being able to have Trusts fill in for missing roles is something that has been asked for here in XIV since the whole system was first implemented.

I know it has. But I also have a basic wariness when it comes to NPC AI functioning well. It's come a long ways over time but there's still a lot of improvement needed. NPCs can sometimes make things bad enough you wish they weren't even there.

In the past, WoW dungeons on Normal mode tended to be less punishing that some of the more recent FFXIV dungeons when it came to mechanics. I don't know if that's changed in recent years but if it hasn't, it creates quite a bit of leeway for using less than reliable NPC AI. Personally I'd still like to see tester feedback before going the "WoW did this, you have to do also FFXIV" route. Will WoW players feel that their dungeons are also getting "dumbed down" for the sake of NPC AI?

I actually hope we get a system in both games where trusts can fill in seamlessly for players when queues are low or when you have to kick someone and wanna keep the run going. Because the smart idea is to have a seamless transition between playing alone or with others. WoW doing this is a great step in that direction and I hope this is the beginning of seeing more competition between MMOs again.

Your post makes no sense, FF14 player base are prolific with sexual harassments between players, the amount of stalking and desperation among this playerbase is pretty bad.

Sorry for the tangent, but this just made me reflect. The more I think about how able and willing the WoW team seems to be to add or change things to adapt to the evolving nature of their game over the years, and just DOING IT, the more frustrated I get when I look at XIV and how we always seem to get if's, and's, and but's when it comes to some of the most basic sh*t. Small indie company Squeenix just can't muster up the manpower for some things, I guess.

It would be cool to see NPC ai be able to fill holes in the group. Hopefully they might be able to add some RPG / progression elements back to them (like squadrons) and apparently to some extent some of WoW's systems (though it's more delve specific).

Glad to see there were quite a few people who didn't hear the WoW and flipped their noodles lol. It's always wild to watch people dismiss superior systems if you happen to reference WoW in the sentence (just for context I do not claim WoW is wholly superior but if someone said "ehy what do you think about glamour log, or our roleplay inspired gameplay?" I'd go "kind of embarrassing" a statement reversed if you mentioned audio and visual media or story telling / story roleplay).

WoW is making a lot of interesting moves recently and I hope SE can tango in tune, where it makes sense (not every idea can naturally translate, but even when they cant it can inspire or if alternatively diversify). I'm still firmly in the FFXIV camp, but there have been some systems, and more recently (with the appearance of new vigor / Metzen energy) a lot of neat buzz going on.

Wish WoW well, and hope FFXIV will use that to also energize and rise further with their tide. What made WoW great originally is honestly still a pretty fantastic recipe for winning (looking at what is 'good' and then making it even better).
