Question Regarding Quick Exploration for Retainers

It's mostly based on their ILVL. The higher the ILVL the rarer items can be that is brought back. With maxed out ILVL they can even bring back Mogstation items on a rare occasion. Once one brought back a fantasia and not the one for retainers.

I want to doubt higher ilvl the higher the chance of a rarer item because in my time, the rarest thing I got around July of 2023 was a Onion Doublet (can post proof), a lot of venture coffers on alt, and a lot of cosmetic items.

You wouldn't happen to have any links or other posts do validate your claims? Don't want to doubt but bringing back a Fantasia would cheat SE out of money (maybe you're thinking of a retainer fantasia?)
