Well, you know, I can imagine there are a few people who've already had something along the lines of the "fun afk, I am here just for exp, chill bro" comeback. At that point, my thought process goes something along the lines (very quickly) of should I bother to (?) and computes to - "no, probably not worth the effort for this case".

Now, I will say that I did have 2 positive cases when someone was AFK and didn't move. One was where someone was re-arranging their hotbars and really did move after a nudge along the lines in party chat of "hey bro, are you OK?" - since you never know, someone can be new, sick etc. All was good after that. Second was when someone was trying to hide out and AFK , I noticed it, and rode by. After a few bounces near them they decided that maybe it wasn't such a great spot (lmao).

Finally, I understand how you feel about reporting, I know they're rather painful and my feeling is that the poor slob who has to review them is overloaded, but I do feel that that they have their place, so their are times that they should be used. Same with the rewards, those changes wouldn't bother me.
