I don't get why people want Dissipation reworked when Summon Seraph is much more problematic than it.

It is unnecessary complexity when something simpler like Rouse, could do the trick and without suffering the animation delay. Funny they removed it and replaced it with an ability that takes forever to cast because SMN can call Bahamut and some SCH got jealous?
Thank god someone who finally agrees with me that seraph is SCH’s actual problem, not dissipation
