i say move to NA if you can but even there its only lively in peak hours. the EU servers are dead and people will get angry at you if you try to talk in shout chat "to much"
this game by now is not an MMO at all. barely a multi-player. but not that good of a single player game as well.
its state is becouse they want the new players to be there and fell good. i started a new character not that long ago, when i leveled up i did not see much other new players. so where are they? from what i did see over the years way over 50 of so called new players are alts of older players that have nothing to do but no where to go.
