How happy that would make me... All I could dream of in a FF MMO.Yeah, what community? In a game where you don't need to leave the comfort of your favourite Limsa street to queue for pretty much everything? At this point the RPers are keeping the game alive single handedly. lol Sad to see how the MMO aspect has been eroded. XI and XIV are like polar opposites on the MMO scale. A middle ground would be appreciated.
Eureka pretty much made me stay subbed for months just because I simply enjoyed the company and that was after I was done with Bozja too.Think this is why I enjoy Eureka and Bozja/Zadnor. They're really the only time, outside of hunts, that the game feels like an MMORPG. People are off farming different zones, spawning different mobs or farming clusters. If SE could find a way to implement that into the actual game world then we'd be golden. But sadly if you want all that you have to DC hop to Gilgamesh.
Spawning Cassie usually leading to fun banter and such, I might come back and try to gamble o getting that damn earring
Well there isn't much you can do on your side when the issue is a lack of players, try Ragnarok maybe ? Used to be the most populated server of the DC.
I suspect the dynamis situation will improve when DT drops and people are basically forced to play on their homeworld instead of flocking to other DCs.
Base Dawntrail, sure, butI would like to make a concerted effort to keep the PF progging on my own DC when post patch DT arrives. All we can do for now is just spread that going into another DC isn't required but to be honest it's a hard sell...
Considering how little there is to do with others at this point of patch cycle and lacking large scale content, even most of my friends just login to do their solo stuff and the few that do group things are progging old ultimate or something.
I'm just playing occasionally PvP or Mahjong but even those are really dead right now and you see mostly the same names. Not to mention how horribly unbalanced the matches are due lack of players.
what game?I've come to just accept this isn't really a MMORPG but a single player game with multi-player available during certain times of day.
I recently played another "MMORPG" for a month and made a startling observation. A literal 25 year old game of the same genre as this one has more people playing and around to do things with during "off", non-peak, hours (for North America) than this one does despite having far less population and, so-called, popularity.
Let that sink in
i say move to NA if you can but even there its only lively in peak hours. the EU servers are dead and people will get angry at you if you try to talk in shout chat "to much"So my current server is omega, but latley i just hate it. all the fcs are dead, and my friends never log in, the only 1 i had left who did hates me and the NN is a hell hole of self entitleds. i wanna stay on EU if thats ok, because its closer to me in terms of connection. but after spending some time on cloud servers i realized that the community just felt "missing" and its not just my fc either. ive tried like 20 different fcs since 6.3.. but its all the same.. nobodys playing
any recomendations? any good servers, lots of community, lots of login, and limsa shtposting? after 3 years of having basically no1 to hang out with.. i just kinda miss it.
this game by now is not an MMO at all. barely a multi-player. but not that good of a single player game as well.
its state is becouse they want the new players to be there and fell good. i started a new character not that long ago, when i leveled up i did not see much other new players. so where are they? from what i did see over the years way over 50 of so called new players are alts of older players that have nothing to do but no where to go.
its really eay. they even olmost did it. fates and hunts. problem is there 0 reasons to do it. each expansion have ONE fate that you need for a glam. that it. like make some fate you need to do, each one getting harder. there like 3-5 of them and after this a really hard boss will be out on the map. this boss have some good drops of materials and glam.Think this is why I enjoy Eureka and Bozja/Zadnor. They're really the only time, outside of hunts, that the game feels like an MMORPG. People are off farming different zones, spawning different mobs or farming clusters. If SE could find a way to implement that into the actual game world then we'd be golden. But sadly if you want all that you have to DC hop to Gilgamesh.
but as thing stand now there no reason to much of it after you get what you need form the hunts.
and what be worth logging for in Dawntrail? you will finish the msq in 2-7 days. do the raid. then what? wait for 8.0?
they need to make more LONG LASTING CONTENT.
