Stupid question about the miqote clans appearance

So I know very little people will care about this, but i need to ask to hear if im crazy or not.

I have a mooncat alt, i choose keeper of the moon bc of the fangs and zoomie eyes (if you have a cat you know what i mean)

But i have recently noticed that i think suncats have more(thicker/longer) lashes than mooncats. Anyone else think so too? I can show pics for reference:

Am i crazy? they seem darker and thicker right?
These two both have face 1 too.

Yea they are pretty, im just a sucker for dark long lashes xD especially since my characters always have dark hair. Im not saying mooncats have «Worse» lashes per say, im just wondering if others have noticed this too.

as a long term mooncat.. all I can say is that I look through my eyes... not at them

hmm, I don't think they're shorter either. I think the colour contrast makes it seem that way though (maybe?)

I thought about that and tried creating a character of each clan with same features and as close as possible skin Tone, and while the difference is not massive the sun lashes definintely look darker and longer imo. :/ annoying lol

There are two small tribal settlements (plus some integrated J tribe members in an Ala Mhigan town) made up of one tribe each in arid regions, but most sun cats in Eorzea are from Limsa. They have many tribes represented there and make up 20% of the city-state’s population while their presence in Ul’dah is so small it doesn’t even chart, oddly enough.

The thing about Miqo’te eyes that I’ve always thought is weird is that typically only small predators that hide in the grass and hunt during the night have slit pupils. Something about giving them a wider range of light vision and helping ambush things. All cats bigger than a house cat have normal, round pupils. FFXI’s Mithra didn’t have slit pupils either. But fantasy logic, I guess.
