    Feedback Campaign: Frontlines - Make guard remove or work through stun

    Pull + stun + death (within 1.5s) is cheesy and NOT FUN.

    Simply making guard remove stun or work through stun when used would fix this.

    Guard's a long enough cooldown for this not to be game-breaking, unless you're running a DRK+2DRG+1whm premade and are just looking to continue griefing.

    Urging people to use the "contact us" panel in game and put this into feedback.

    Maybe if enough people do this, they'll un-suck frontline.

    Frontline is not going to be good just because this change hypothetically gets made. It will always be bad.

    All frontline needs is passive CC resist, it is by far the most baffling change they've done to that mode next to making Shatter require little in the ways of actual pvp.

    I don't think this would be good since you just give players two different CDs that can escape stuns, one of which is just now better. It would just make it harder to kill people, which is already a big issue with FLs atm. I also assume this is a FL only change, because if this was a general PvP change then it would especially be bad in CC.

    Not if they combine the CD of purify and guard. One of them is an offensive tool you would use to keep up pressure, the other is a defensive tool used to save yourself.
    They'd likely need to reduce the CD by 10 seconds though to make up for the fact you've lost a CD.

    That just makes an "all your eggs in one basket" scenario where you have one moment of being effectively invincible and can just counter everything. Combined with a shorter CD that makes guard 20 seconds, is the exact same time as most damage CDs for jobs, means you just play around baiting out this one CD. And when Guard is off CD, you have little to no extra counterplay against anything since jobs have a very limited amount of defensive tools already. The existing design of both Guard and Purify is fine and shouldn't be touched.
