Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.
Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!
Chocobo TM!
*pokemon lawyers didn't like that*
Dunno why but this for some reason reminded me of the whole thing about Monster Energy Drink supposedly trying to claim copywrite infringement on anyone using the word Monster in their product name just to get smashed by Nintendo, Capcom, and Disney
Naming all these related items "BROAD CATEGORY NAME - Specific Item Name" is fine for sorting and grouping in a spreadsheet or database, but it is absolutely horrible for any UI/UX use case. The UX case is more important than dev convenience, and if "BROAD CATEGORY NAME" must be in the item name, it should come after (e.g., "Breather III Chocobo Training Manual"). In this particular case even that is unnecessary; just call it "SKILLNAME Training Manual". The item description will make it obvious that it's for a chocobo.
I guess enough people don't care about how annoying this is.

If they don't want an update for something so minor then why not change all those items to have an alternative view where they are listed as "<specific><group>" instead of the opposite
Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless
