If you want "Any Class" just put "Disciple of War" and "Disciple of Magic." Since those two encompass all of the combat classes, it's pretty much the same as "Any class." You wouldn't want any botanists in Cutter's Cry with you, would you?

But my biggest beef with the system is that no one actually uses ut. In the three months that I've been played, i've only seem one fellow player show up through the Search tool, and they disconnected as soon as I tried to send an invite. I hpe that more people use the content finder when it's implemented. Shouting in Uldah is only so much fun.

It seems so many people really don't know how it works and the "nobody is using it, so why would I?" snowball is growing bigger and bigger as time goes by (alongside with the incoming Content Finder feature), sweeping the interest away. I guess the system is not user-friendly enough.

more than most english speaking people, for sure. but still not a lot.
regardless, it's a broken system that, like many things implemented in this game, has too many steps. I like that you can seek pt on a battle class, and still go craft stuff, or do leves on a different battle class.

What they need to do, is add a /search option. I liked being able to /sea "first few letters of someones name because i forgot how to spell it correctly" when i come back from a dc lol

well i got a moogle party yesterday from the search function so someone did use it. just hope people stop being thick headed . wouldnt be nice to get a party and not be in ul'dah?

Yeah standing in ul'dah is such a time waster. Hate having to do that just to find something as inane as an sb party. Ugh. I will add to the discussion that ppl are likely going to use the content finder in 2.0. I think the reason no one uses search is because it requires too much "effort". You know how important the "easy button" is these days...
