    Callback event not working

    I am asking for a friend of mine who does not really speak much English, but plays over here to be with her friends. She is trying to use callback to reactivate her mothers account but has sent 3 invites with 2 different characters and none of them have gone through. The second account has been inactive for over 180 days, and as far as I can tell has not been called back before at another callback event. She is quite frustrated, id try the invite myself but I dont want to poach her callback event rewards which I do not need anyway. I do not see any reason the callback would not work for her based on the event qualifications. Is there a delay on the invites going through? I have had her check spam filters etc but havent found anything.

    I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the Callback campaign. I'd like to confirm if you're still experiencing this issue at this time?
    To help clarify further, as it is indicated in the Callback Campaign F.A.Q "Invitation e-mails will be sent once per day. In the event multiple players send invitations to the same character on the same day, a single e-mail will be sent listing the character names of all inviters."     I've literally sent one of my friends an invite from each of my characters... they never received even 1 email. Their account has been logged out 170+ days.
