Housing needs to be account based

I find it really hard for Yoshi-P to decide to implement our so desired instanced housing in this game, I mean, you would have to demolish every personal house, every FC house, every venue, people would get mad af. But account based housing, yeah that's easy to do. The only ones who will complain are the ones who have multiple houses, which are the source of all these problems already.

Also this game needs more account wide stuff. Mogstation and seasonal items, achievements, MSQ, all that should be account wide.

tbh i kinda have to agree. if housing is THAT important to you, there is plenty of housing available on different worlds. So, if you really REALLY want one, transfer?

I did this. I went to Dynamis and bought a house. But there's nothing else there so I went back to Primal.

What problem? I just bought another house last week (personal Goblet small) on Maduin. It was one house out of several hundred still available, including several mediums and a couple of larges.

Like real life, if you really want a house and can't get one where you currently live then you need to go where they're available. If you and others who claim they want a house won't, then there are others who will even if they already have houses.

Regarding account wide stuff, I'd agree about Mogstation items since they're a real money purchase. Achievements, MSQ, etc.? Nope. You can do it all on a single character so if you want those things on additional characters, play the content on that character.

There are a lot of things on Dynamis for those who aren't lazy and expecting convenience to be handed to them on a silver platter.

If the characters that had Dynamis for their home data center stayed on Dynamis instead of running off to one of the other data centers , queues would be active. The average active level 90 character population on Dynamis worlds is already higher than it is on the JP worlds per the latest LB census.

I rather wish that SE would turn off data center travel for a month and force characters back to their home worlds for the duration. If players had to interact with their home communities for a bit, most would probably see them in a different light.

Also, friends don't stop being friends just because you move. A good FC still includes former members that left on good terms in activities.

Overall I tend to like your thoughtful posts, Jojoya, so I wanted to keep you honest on this one. Life often presents us with situations where we can't get everything we want, and sometimes we have to make choices between which of two things that are important to us is more important. Choosing Thing A over Thing B doesn't in any way demonstrate an objective lack of interest in Thing B; it simply shows which one was rated higher relative to the other.

I know people who have had to choose between having a roof over their head and taking care of a lifelong pet. To suggest that a person "isn't really interested" in whichever one they give up would be both inaccurate and needlessly cruel.

I don't agree with your methods, but it is an issue. People who think being able to own multiple personals across their account(s) are insane. The game wasn't made for that. The devs didn't intend that.





I know everyone has to start posting somewhere, but it reflects poorly when you literally made an account to insult someone's posts and ideas, especially when said person isn't a troll or bad actor.

Yeah, they're not the greatest ideas, I don't like half of them either, but you don't see me letting the OP live in my head rent free and posting purely to insult them.
