I have to do content with a BLM who doesn't have Chameleon and dear lord he takes hate every fight. So I change my stance on the topic, Chameleon is almost completely mandatory for any BLM.

He goes from yellow to blinking and can't do anything about it once it happens but die.
But to your statement, no red doesn't mean stop if you're an experienced DPS and you have decent understanding of emnity values.
