[QoL] Improvements for FC you actually want to see in game

Hello fellow FC masters.

As you are well aware, FC are an important part of the game, allowing you to form a group of player, share bonus and goals, or anything you wish to do with it.

But, functionnality didn't really evolve since then, in fact we even loose something in favor of the restoration of Ishgard when it was added.

Therefore, what are some of the change you would do to FC in order to make them more relevant and interesting overall ?

Here's my list :

[QoL] Add a recruitment interface INSIDE the game, allowing player without FC to search for one more easily without going on the lodestone. This feature must be like a list of FC that can be search through with Filters like "Number of members" "Activity Type" "Level of the Company", etc...

[QoL] Add an auto-activation for the buffs you have in stocks, can be deactivated at will or be deactivated when no buffs remains in the stock. This could also be an auto feature with selectable buff and a "daily cost", any buff change take effect immediatly but have an instant cost for this, so there would be no more "stock" of FC buff.


[QoL] Change about the FC's Profil you can see when looking at a person allowing more customization just like the portrait to give it more life.

[Expedition content] : Give something to do with Airship aside from Zu Farming or unlocking Submarine. This still has potential to exploit and Airship are mostly left on the side after Submarine are unlocked.


And you ? What do you wish to see for FC inside the game ?

I'm not an FC Lead anymore, stepped down due to some health issues that prevented me from being present. That being said. I definitely agree with most of what you've said, not too sold on the "auto-activation for buffs" though. I know my current FCs all use different buff combos on different days, so unless it was something you could set and forget, I'd leave that one off. The rest, yes, 100%.

Also, make it easier for people to help create/maintain the Community Finder page. Maybe a setting that can be visible to all so we all know who can help?

As to a recruitment interface inside the game, I think Dreamfitting is a good intro, that we can connect to external SE sites while in game, without having it shoved in our faces. Maybe one of the empty vendors in each of the starter City-States could have the interface, but again, it wouldn't be in your face, because you'd only find it if you talked to them, and selected that you wanted to check the community finder page.

Also with you on getting more info about an FC from someone's profile, like a listing about that FC they've set up or something, and yeah, Airship needs some love.

No other unique ideas on my end, mainly because it's about 1:40 AM for me lol.

Increase FC max rank to 40, and at 40, let FCs get an FC Island Sanctuary to develop, decorate, and share.

But why increase the rank? In between 20 and 30 we don't get anything. Add it to the existing rank structure. 30 gives us the Island sanctuary or equivalent.

More Action storage so I can stockpile Rank 3 actions. More things to spend credits on. Sitting at millions of credits and nothing to spend them on.

I would like them to give us more Company Chest slots. It is getting so full with mats for all of the workshop projects. And more Airship/sub deployments. I can have 8, let me send out 8.

[QoL] increase quantity of active buffs, for something like the "Level 6 Aetherial Wheel Stand", 3x level 1, 2x level 2, 1x level 3 <- this can be tied to the FC rank

[Feature] Allow company crest to be show in more pieces, and optionally in bigger size
