It’s a good idea, but considering they’d have to translate any/all information from English to Japanese, which (apparently) is extremely difficult to do in a timely and cost-effective manner, I think they’d say ‘this is too much work to be feasible’.

Much like how they often say the reason they don’t/can’t really listen to a lot of NA/EU feedback is because of the (supposed) difficulty of having to translate forum posts from [native language] to Japanese.
