That's how most anti mods/add-ons people are, they just can't handle people having fun, it makes them frustrated and angry to see the joy of people showing their nice looking characters that is light years better than what they have. It's actually laughable, but they'll keep trying to drain that happiness from these people by screaming into a void with their incessant complaints about "people having fun in my video game ban them!!!!"

it doesnt, but i dont blame people when viera and hroth are out for 2 years and dont have functional working vanilla hats yet are fully supported with modding

Why would they have supported headgear in most cases? They have huge ears. It's almost like immersion matters in rpg.
