a) run into you in random dutyfinder content
b) join partyfinder groups that you happened to be in as well (but not ones that you created)
c) approach you in town and speak to you in /say
d) use the player search function to find your location, and then go to that location and bother you
e) assuming we were on each others friends lists before you blacklisted me, I could simply not remove you from mine and still know when you were online, which server/dc you were on, and your location
f) manually approach your home (I can no longer teleport to it if you removed me from your friends list, but let's say I'm a capable stalker and simply committed the address to memory) and dance in the front yard while harassing you in /say
g) enter your home (assuming you don't lock it) and talk to you or the people inside even if you don't want me there. There is no selective lock function, so locking your door to me means locking your door to everyone else in the game btw
h) stay in your home for as long as I like; you have no way to remove me short of just asking and hoping I comply, and then reporting and hoping a GM removes me (LOL)
i) if you try to leave the server or change your name, I can simply access your lodestone, which does not change, and find your new identity that way. Then the fun game starts all over again!
The lesson here is ... don't add people to your friends lists, I guess. Great system from CBU3! Over 10 years and they haven't improved it at all! Maplestory came out in like 2003 or something and had a buddy system that at least removed on both ends when 1 person requested it. But for some reason, this game cannot because it might hurt people's feelings or something. What a wonderful game! What a great community!
Blacklist should be expanded. Guys working in their basements without a salary have created custom voidlists that erase a player's presence from visibility. SE has no excuse; they just don't care.
