Direct X error

This problem keeps cropping up. Now i cant login to the game at all! nothing works. I have troubleshooted this problem in the past and it keeps coming back up. Please FIX this its not us there is something wrong on your end.

Sometimes switching back to direct x 9 would at least allow me to login to at least leave the area the was causing the crash but now nothing. This is insane. This problem has been around for years. Will anyone in charge please respond.

I have tried all the troubleshooting i can find. nothing works. Currently doing a "Restore game data" to see if it does anything. If it does not then i am screwed. From google it seems that this problem has been around for years, i myself encountered this problem a year ago while trying to zone into radz at han. But now the problem is in central shroud. My character is stuck there and i cant load into the game without a crash. Every game i own works fine, Hell! I logged into another character with no problems. I dont work in tech i dont do anything crazy on my PC. Its not like i clicked a wrong button somewhere you know.

This needs to be escalated with the people at the top, this is absurd.

Please FIX this its not us there is something wrong on your end.

If it would be a game bug then everybody would be affected.

This error is an indicator for "low level" issues. It can be old/buggy drivers or faulty hardware or old/buggy BIOS etc. And those are the points, i would start. Update your drivers and update your BIOS. And do not install other drivers than GPU, chipset and network-drivers. Things like special mouse-drivers or motherboard-LED-drivers are not necessary and can cause trouble.
