    Demolition Notice Never received in game or email

    I signed up for a Square Enix account back when I started FFXI and I've used it for both 11 and 14. I have been a loyal PAYING Customer since FFXI leading into FFXIV beta and 1.0. I even stuck it out through the hardships of rebranding FFXIV and I've never lapsed my payment (their free period doesn't count) and feel that should count for something. This is the 2nd time my house has been demoed since 1.0. I receive all billing notifications via email, but never have I received a demo notice. I just received a 6-month bill notice back around September 24th. I hope my long term loyalty as a paying customer helps with a positive outcome on this issue and this can be resolved and my house restored, I'd hate to think this is an omen saying to quit FFXIV and move on and find another hobby.

    I don't even know if this will get to anyone and just get swept under the rug.

    In regards to your email notice, did you check your email filters, including spam folders? That would be my best guess.

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this type of issue via the technical support forums and is best handled by a Game Master in-game. We would suggest that you contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command or reply to their message. If you have not received the email regarding this demolition and the email has not been changed, they would be able to assist further.
