The only person in here questioning it is me and I'm asking for how frequently people see it.
Judging from the couple responses so far, doesn't seem all too frequent.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Can you explain how whatever you're describing puts you at a disadvantage? I'm a console player who has played somewhere between 50-100 games (won 5 times), and I've never seen anything that made it seem like someone was winning by any manner of cheating.
People jump the gun way too fast at responding to people without even looking at the context.
I've been guilty of this as well sadly
One of the cheating plugins being used for the event has been downloaded roughly 3500 times so far, and has only been available for 2-3 days.
Given that almost anyone downloading it is probably grinding 100 wins, the chances of running into someone using it are unfortunately very high.
Honestly if they need to use cheats to get solo runs, they're doing it wrong and I bet it takes them longer. I'll admit I'm a solo player because I enjoy treating it like a leap of faith to get my 100 instead of competing against maybe 23 other people just to slip up once and waste however many minutes to not count toward my wins. But I have lobby entering and leaving just down to timed science, but it all depends on current lobby time
What are you talking about classic wow has a huge issue with people flying due to hacks, there are multiple videos on twitch on YouTube of people just standing and watching people teleport up a tree and then fly away. Also they have a huge rmt problem right now because of the GDKP raids to the point if you're not buying gold you can't compete for bisFirst I want to say thank you to the responsible people for resolving the queue times, now the queue is instant and waits for more people inside the waiting lobby. Good Job fixing it very promptly.
however.
There is so many mentor necromancers and various "legend" titles blinking in and out of the waiting lobby, it's very depressing.
What is the point of competition if it's rigged from start? It's forcing more and more people resort to addons to have ANY chances against those that use it already. Good luck if you're on console. F in the chat.
I placed first only once and only because it was day 1 and somewhat the game put me alone in whole instance.
I like the idea and execution of Fall Guys event in XIV, but just thinking of how much attempts go always unsuccessful makes me not want to participate at all.
inb4 "skill issue".
It's not because of skill issue. It's because server delay issue, cheaters issue, lack of communication issue, nonexistant moderation issue, because "my favorite game is becoming botfest and cheatfest like WoW and I refuse to look and pretend its ok" issue.
inb4 "not happy? unsub."
but that's not going to help neither me nor the game would change.
The addon is now up to 4094 downloads as of this morning; That's 600 more players using it in less than 24 hours, assuming the download counter updates regularly.
Is that a surprise ? This event is an absolute bugged mess and an actual atrocity, there's no fun except if you literally live next or not far away from the servers
JP players are having a blast, they have 0 server tick and latency and 0 netcode issues because they are so close to the servers, while every other region is struggling, and some people like me (EU playing on NA) are literally unable to win at all, I won 3 times since it released, and that was back when it released in the first hour because not many people were on so it wasnt as laggy.

I read this somewhere else but it's really true, SE designs everything in this game like all players are going to have a very JP-esque mentality about it rather than thinking along the lines of "Okay we're assuming our players are all little rats who are going to cheat or do whatever they can to break this, how do we disincentivize this or make it where that won't be the case so the largest amount of people think it's fair and fun?"
I'm not sure what's more likely, that SE doesn't understand/know that people will cheat for a limited time PvP prestige reward even in something as stupid as Fall Guys, or they just don't care. But considering how many people who blatantly cheated when the Feast was a thing are still in the game now, likely cheating still in Crystalline Conflict, it just seems more likely that they don't care.
IMO, they should've never tied a title to a win based achievement especially in a limited time event. This is the same community that is full of people who will not only pay real world money, but also share their account information with a 3rd party to pilot their accounts to clear Ultimates/Deep Dungeons for them because they value something "exclusive" rather than actually wanting to put forth the effort and get enjoyment from the actually really enjoyable content. Even in another thread I saw people agreeing with a statement along the lines of "this event is done so poorly I don't care if people cheat to get the title" which is hilariously depressing but just sets the standard of where a lot of the community is at this point because SE does nothing about the rampant cheating/botting that goes on.

I care even less about that title now, lol.
