    Unable to make reports for harassment or bugs

    On the contrary I tried to report a mentor by the name Erano Sarano (Famfrit) for grieving and kick abuse in the Novice Network. They couldn't handle a discussion about Fall Guy events mechanics and kept repeating the explanations back at people and why that there wasn't a lag but the event used FF14 AoE mechanics for it's traps. Most players move to state it wasn't worth arguing over their whining and griefing and would rather make gil then deal with them. The Erano however used his mentor privilege to kick just because someone explained the mechanics and they kicked the player with reasoning as "Feed." On the contrary all Erano was looking for was to fight with like everyone in the Novice Network.

    ON the contrary attempting to report them for griefing and kick abuse it seems that there's a bug in reporting atm where you can't write any text in at all. Reporting this for a bug report also of this problem it seems to be blocked off and unable to report in as well which may indicate their is an issue with the support desk atm.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this type of issue via the technical support forums and is best handled by a GM in-game. You can contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance.
