I'm honestly kind of surprised. The "PvP community" is actually more toxic than I could have ever imagined. Yikes.

For any newer players and folks wanting to get into ranked. I always say that there is always something you could have done better in your games and not to blame someone else for your losses. Focus on your own strengths and whenever you lose a game think about what you could do better the next time. It helps to record things to look back on if you can. It also allows you to see your steady improvements over time.

The advice above is pretty solid for the lions share of players, so keep at it. Don't let a vocal minority of disgruntled players deter you or your efforts.

Just another "Hi I'm in the top 100 and I want people to notice that I am" even though nobody but other top 100 players probably care because they live, eat, and breath PvP (and probably either cheat or win trade).
Outside of the Tournaments and maybe a single discord server, nobody actually cares.
