purchased mount not in mailbox

I just purchased the mount fat cat and it has yet to show in the delivery mailbox, is there a delay for mounts? started playing last month and had no problem buying a couple emotes and some dye but this one hasnt shown, i checked my bank details and they had successfully debited my account for it but hoping to possibly found out here

The time it takes to receive them can vary. Sometimes it's just an hour or two and sometimes it takes over a day. You can go to the moogle mail and click the refresh button and sometimes it arrives.

If you read the fine print and the help info, your supposed to wait 14 days before reporting it.

It can take a while.

Items purchased for the FF14 Online Store that are Account Wide items (like the Fat Cat Mount) do take much longer to deliver to your Moogle Mail Box as compared to Single Character items.

Something to remember is also that if you're logged into the game when making a purchase, it usually is not sent until you logout of the game, so try logging out, shutting down FFXIV completely, waiting a few moments and then restarting the game client and logging back in (SE themselves even suggest this as a normal course of action).

It can also take up to 24 hours for an item to be sent, depending on how congested the Online Store's server is at the time, but using the trick above has always worked for me every time there's been a delay in receiving items.
