no thank you, why? because we don't need segregation, it's already bad as it is.

Definitely a lot of neat suggestions for buffs!
I tried to get some info out of the battle team and they mentioned that party bonuses will be revised in 2.0, but as to what will be included in this I cannot yet say! We will be sure to update you with this information as version 2.0 draws closer![]()

I think this is a great idea. There are plenty of people that do shout parties which, more often than not, only have one or two people in the same ls. This would encourage linkshells to be a tighter knit community which I imagine they were intended to be.
True though a LS buff would be harder to make since they want LS to be more of a social gathering, if they made LS buffs people would just invite one another to a dummy LS to gain buffs from being in a party together.
The most likely answer which is why they can't say yet is "Free Company" Buffs gained through how much xp a free company has earned as a whole or perhaps task they have completed to increase their Free Company level which can be used to unlock and use new party buffs when in a party with people from the same Free company
Is it because nobody wants to play with you?
On topic: Linkshell achievements might be a nice way to go. Kill a certain NM for your Grand Company and all members receive a weeklong buff. Like beating a fire NM, you get a fire resistance and increased fire magic potency for a week.
A buff that lets shell holders remove inactive members without having to break the entire shell. A buff that lets players switch from one linkshell to the other or type into another linkshell using text commands instead of a clunky menu.
2.0 buff don't worry they releasing that buff very soon lol.

You can already switch linkshells via text command.
/equiplinkshell "name"
or
/el "name"
or
/equiplinkshell [#]
or
/el [#]
Inactive member removal is coming in 2.0
You can also set a keyboard assignment for each linkshell.
