Linkshell Buff

As title suggests, a buff that lasts one week (for example) if the linkshell acomplishes certain tasks like killing NM's, or a certain amount of people together at a certain time for another.

Nah. TBH if anything they should be giving a buff bonus to parties that have two or less people who are in the same shell, to help encourage non-linkshell parties and give them a bit of an edge since performance with a PuG is likely to be much lower than a party from a players personal linkshell.
