Unable to roll after disconnet

Not sure if this is a bug or they have changed something. Was in the last fight of Thaleia, and I got disconnected just before the end. I got back into game, fight was over, and I was unable to roll for any gear. Went to click on my alliance chest,and it came up saying it belonged to someone else, and all gear had been claimed. I was still in the party too.


This a bug or they changed it so people dont hang around for those who disconnect and wait for rolls?

i got the same thing. Got a quick DC when the last boss was at 0.4%, reconnected right after and was not able to roll. People were still in the instance and had just opened the chests (it was a full fc only 24m group).

We also had a weird issue in PotD about 2 weeks ago: someone disconnected just before the last hit on the 190 boss in a party of 4, then came back online immediately after but when we exited and queued for floors 191-200, we had an error message saying the player didn’t exist. We tried disbanding and regrouping but it did not work. We had to remove the player from the group and then, to our surprise, we were able to queue and finish the dungeon with 3 ppl only. Normally you can’t queue if someone leaves the party and you have to restart the entire dungeon. The player was so disappointed as that thing takes long to reclear.

I think if you are not in the instance and online when a chest is opened, then you cannot roll on it.
