Suggestion: Make Mentor Roulette 2k Achievement Mount 'Time in Duty' Based

What if the mount reward from doing 2k Mentor Roulettes was 'time based' instead of based on the number of completed Roulettes? Make it so people have to spend 60,000 minutes in Duties via the Mentor Roulette.

Toxic/Selfish Mentors gain no benefit from rushing/pushing Sprouts into completing Duties as fast as possible, nor do they gain any benefit from dodging Duties that are guaranteed to take 30+ minutes.

As long as the timer keeps ticking, giving Mentors incentive to not simply rush though a Duty also incentivizes them to actually attempt to teach Sprouts.

And then they drag out stuff on purpose or try to get into que with friends and just /afk till the timer almost runs out...

Though id make it so only duties longer then 5 min or something count, that would be a start.

This would make it so that toxic/selfish mentors become incentivized to go as slow as possible (even when their Sprouts want to go faster) and regularly AFK for 5 minutes at a time.

Now, would this be an improvement? Maybe? But without additional regulation and/or rules, it would replace the old problems with new ones.

60,000 hours is almost 7 years non-stop...unless you mean minutes, in which case that's 30 minutes per duty and very few mentor duties take even that long.
