Missing Legacy Title in Acquired Titles **Evidence and info Included. Please help

**This is an actual in game bug & there's evidence below. Before putting this in "Not a Bug" can you please at least help me understand what info you need me to provide?

Date & Time: ARR launch (2.0) to today
    Frequency: Always
    World name(current): Gilgamesh
World Name (originally during 1.0): Aegis
Character name(Never changed it): Alzena Fey
    Retainer name: ---
    NPC name: ---
    Monster name: ---
    Class/Level: ---
    Party or solo: ---
    In-game time: ---
    Area and coordinates: ---
    Housing: ---
    Steps:
    1. Opening my Achievements menu showing Legacy achievements I have earned/acquired and they show as being obtained/claimed.
    2. Opening my Acquired Titles menu under Character and being unable to see the Title at all.
    3. Checked my loadstone achievements to verify

    4. The Title in question is: Crystal Bearer Achievement is:Chock-full of Elemental Goodness

This bug has happened to other legacy players and some have been able to get assistance by submitting a bug report. Over the years I've tried reaching out multiple times, but my reports keep getting glossed over, ignored, and wordlessly moved straight to "Not a bug".

My partner was able to at least get their report taken seriously in the past, albeit they were missing the name of their original 1.0 server. (I actually know what mine was though)

Please, I'm an actual legacy player. This is an actual bug that I can't solve except with the help of a bug report. This is very important to me. Can you please assist or at least let me know what info you're missing from me to properly address this?

    Thanks.
