Rhalgrs Reach should never have existed

I agree that I felt this way about it at the time. That Rhalgr's Reach was an odd choice. But it is petty to nitpick such little decisions.

Rhalgrs Reach isn't even interesting other than its Monk lore, which it isn't even used for anymore.

I assume you didn't finish the Monk quests.
