If you have pictures that actually show this difference, please show me, because to me ears look exactly the same for both. They only change depending on the hairstyle and not the race. And the ears.
The A Realm Reborn version brought some differences: for instance the Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te's ears are wider with thick hair, while the Keeper of the Moon Miqo'te have stylized ears with short hair and are slightly longer and thinner.

If there's any difference, it's extremely subtle.
Nothing I've really payed attention to myself.
It's just something I found while searching if there were some lore behind the fangs or not.
Henche why I added the name of the site I found it on.

The lore, wiki, race and clan descriptions say different things but the actual visual differences between both groups are the ones outlined in the OP and the post you quoted, hence the purpose of this thread.
Let blackened ears and blackened tips be toggleable for all hairstyles in the fashion of hairstyle #1 for male miqo'te!
Never saw just the eyes being The distinctive mark of one or another. More like the whole ensemble of characteristic?
And still we have bunch of NPCs like F'lhaminn (and that one "seeker" guy Scion, and the Armorer Guild boss lady, and... etcetc), keeper appearance characteristics with seeker name.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Isn't the popular fluffy rail, option for both clans, the Keeper option of the two, like between that and the lion tail? Though it doesnt look too canine, it is supposed to be that, I think. We would have stereotypical tail option for both clan according to lore, though they aren't exclusive.
And skintone range has been explained by lore.Male Miqo'te from the Seekers of the Sun have tanned skin and have wider faces and their tails have a leonine design, while the Keepers of the Moon have pale canine tails.

Guess fangs are one very visible trait which is just exclusive, while supposed stereotypical seeker traits (leonine tail, light colored irises and slit pupils, heterochromia, tanned skin) are not as exclusive. While the variation in Seeker skin color tends toward the more "traditional" tan coloration seen in many other races, darker-skinned Keepers tilt more toward blue and gray. This even affects the Keepers' lighter skin tones as a fair-skinned Keeper will still appear distinct next to a Hyur of similar skin tone.

Among their most striking physical features are their eyes, with their narrow, vertically-aligned pupils and faintly colored irises.[5] It is also not uncommon for their eyes to be disparately colored from birth, a trait considered auspicious amongst their kind.
- WikiStamina? Overworld applicaple fleet-footed like trait as racial trait for Seekers now, SE!Though lacking the physical stamina of the Seekers, they make up for this with a fierce strength of will and unerring instincts. With their keen intuition, Keeper hunters have been known to easily snare even targets concealed in the gloom of night.[3]

as someone who loves my miqo'te and the lore behind keepers of the moon; sadly there is no difference in ears between them (but when choosing miqote specific hair, the fur on the ears does change some, I wish this trend continued but it wont)
the only differences are the skin tones, face markings, eyes and fangs
We should be able to choose the fur of the ears without requiring a specific haircut for it or whether we want blackened ears and with which pattern for males... we should even be able to choose the color of the pattern, or making eyebrows or tails have a different color than our hair...as someone who loves my miqo'te and the lore behind keepers of the moon; sadly there is no difference in ears between them (but when choosing miqote specific hair, the fur on the ears does change some, I wish this trend continued but it wont)

So many possible things we could get! Hopefully they'll look to doing that soon...
