And are those all plots open to private bidders? Or are they mostly FC only? As of this morning my server said it had 279 available, but only about 59 were available to private owners. With the amount of bidders each round, there still is quite the shortage on NA servers.

Now do I think OP’s idea will fix that? The instanced housing part could. Just removing subs from housing though isn’t going to solve the lack of housing supply though.

232 of those plots are open to personal housing.

I am pretty sure that's enough.
