You want submarines, you create an FC.

It's not that hard.

If SE wanted housing to be available to everyone, they would create it, they had the opportunity with island, they refused to make it proper housing aside from letting people decorate it on the outside.

At some point people need to understand that housing is not meant for everyone, especially med/large houses.

Also a small edit, you are on Spriggan which is housing galore.
