How are the new Sage buffs working out?

Sage is my favorite healer but it's a lot of trickle healing compared to other healers. With the change, since Pneuma used to give 5 Haima stacks worth 2000 potency but now its 4 stacks for 3000 potency each, then that's a +2000 potency buff on Pneuma.

The extra 3 seconds means that it's an extra 4000 potency I think.

Sage is solid aside from the Phlegma range being lower than melee skills for some reason. The buffs weren't really needed but probably have very minor nudge to winrate to bring them more in line with others.

Biggest issue is being in the Healer slot that can make for some really awkward team comps when you are solo healer vs WHM/AST for example.
