The more I play the Fall Guy event the less I'm starting to enjoy it tbh...
Was fun at first but its losing charm really fast.

The issues actually getting to points where I'm struggling to resist myself from feeling frustrated.

Edit: Blunderville Mountain is the absolute worst. I can't stand that map. I see people run through things that should stun them but doesn't then they get the crowd and I just can't understand it.

Others can surely speak to this better, but the quick and dirty summary is that you're actually being shown what that person did a few seconds ago, at a point when there was nothing to get hit by. So I'd recommend not worrying about those other people and just focusing on you.

In the time between my last post and now, I went to work, came back, did some things, slept through the night (surprisingly) and here I am, attempting Blunderville again.

I now absolutely hate it with every fiber of my being. As time goes on, people who actually enjoy it will play it more than people who don't enjoy it (me), and become more skilled at the obstacle courses. This means quicker eliminations--soon, it will get to the point where if I hit an obstacle one time, I might as well declare it a loss and get ready to exit stage left before I have to sit through the insufferably colorful and pointless slew of loading screens and cutscenes, knowing full well I can't even participate in the next round.

Once I get all the rewards I want, I'm not touching Blunderville with a ten foot pole.

I actually suspect the opposite will happen: skilled players will quickly earn enough currency to get all the rewards, and the majority of them will stop queuing. This means that over time, the skill level of those playing will decrease, thus lowering the difficulty to qualify.

There will certainly be a handful of hardcores out to get the achievement or whatever, but they'll be a minority. They may take the grand prize more often when you're in a round with them, but they're not going to play a meaningful role in anyone not qualifying for round 2 or 3.
