You can qualify for the first map and dip out of the second map in about 3-4 mins. If you are lucky enough to get the red, yellow, blue map for the 2nd wave and are good at the timing you can get 250 in 3-4 mins and then dip after qualifying.

This is with people taking forever with the 1st map since it takes 16 to qualify. Once everyone becomes better it will reduce the time for both, still making it more consistent for your time to do map 1 & 2 then dip out.
Yes and no since you will also have more of a chance of getting knocked out in round 1 the better people get.
All depends on if the faster matches outweighs the potential losses.
