The fact that Dynamis is overrun with DC travelers who want to abuse the low pop queues is annoying, can't get an alliance roulette done but we have a full blunderville on halli

For everyone concerned about the farming
you need to participate 3 runs every 2 days for 2 months. No need to try to win, no need to do anything: enter and wait the end, take 50 mgf and reclaim your prizes.
P.S. my latency is 56-80 -> EU, and 180-200 -> US (It's an expected value given that I live in Europe).
That said, how can you guys claim to have a similar latency if you live in US?
Consider to check your computer or to ask for a better routing at your ISP because "the netcode" has nothing to do with your problem.
I have 10,000 needles,
I'm not a weaver,
and I'm not scared to use them.
... How in the world they thought XIV's bad netcode could support a minigame like this? It's a frustrating experience...
Getting stunned by the aoes 3 seconds before they go off is really convincing me that not playing actual Fall Guys isn't making me miss out on much. We got this instead of anything else?
I started getting the hang of the first round now, the forced march with the arrow confused me until I realized it was a camera thing.
You're welcome
As I mentioned a few times before, it was an absolute blast when the servers came up for about an hour, until everyone just started logging in and made the server tick issues and the server lag (EU->NA) got a lot worse as well as I am from Europe
The combo of server tick + latency made this event an absolute nightmare and I eventually gave up on it despite how fun it can be, because it's just not right to be bumped by things that you have passed 3 seconds earlier over and over again or see people just win right in front of your face as you actually reach the crown first on your screen.
Big waste of potential, but a good show of this game's terrible netcode, still the event itself (without the server tick issues) remains fun.
Maybe this will actually be a small blessing, with Materia's overall lack of population....
I was gonna do something similar i.e. few runs over 40 some days. But was like screw it and just did all the runs I needed for the MGF for all items I wanted lol. Took me 6 hrs.For everyone concerned about the farming

I've learned to pretty consistantly run stage 1.
Running in circles, I feel like I should be able to do it, but I've not done it yet. Red path seems to be most likely for me. I know some folks run the tight yellow path, and jump to make it even shorter and faster, but I don't see that.
Turning in gems, that blue side. THAT BLUE SIDE. Wow. Pure evil. And yet, I feel like if I could just get gud, I might actually pass it.
Seen third stage, never been in it. 8 people in a mad dash for the end...
