Fall Guys event feedback

Since so far I dont see any feedback thread regarding the event, here goes, gotta give props when/where it's due, the event is pretty fun and the rewards are pretty good as well, love the new glam it's adorable and the event itself is pretty fun.

Well done.

The soundtrack is amazing as well, for someone like me always turning the BGM off, I kept it on just for this one when I listened to it.

The event is fun in itself, however the server tick issue is ATROCIOUS. Proof of server tick problems in picture/video (thank you Deceptus)

This should not be happening, and it made a fun event an absolute nightmare once people started to all log in and do the event, while it was fun the first 2 hours or so because less people were online so the lag/server tick wasnt as bad.

It's been pretty fun so far, a bit of jank from time to time thanks to the netcode running on duct tape but other than that it's entertaining. 100 wins for the title is a bit overkill imo but not impossible.

I didn't expect the event to be so grindy, but so long as it becomes a part of the gold saucer rotation after the event is over, then it's not so bad at all. I'm guessing the event rewards may disappear after the initial weeks though and the only thing left will be the title achievement. Just my assumption based on what happened with Garo, I could be wrong (I hope I'm wrong).

Overall the event is really fun, it's a nice addition to Gold Saucer.

The difference is that the Garo event ran for like 4 years. I highly doubt they will remove the rewards after just 2 months.

I mean you can leech it if you want since you get 50 points no matter what. I've already decided that I'm just going to afk grind it while doing homework.

I'll give it a game or so but I'm expecting disappointment. I'll grab a minion at least.

I didn't notice any issues because of the server ticks if that helps ease your mind (I only ran it 4 times so far though), but I can imagine this is going to be a nightmare for people with higher ping.

It's not nearly as fun as fall guys, but they honestly did a great job. It has the same feel and charm, just my opinion.

I just had the same issue tbh when I went over to Balmung to have more people instead of Dynamis, the input lag is insane and it doesnt record on SE's end so you get hit by things that you shouldnt be hit by at all, it's a bit of a problem and made it a lot less fun very fast compared to dynamis.

This has been my experience also.

I get about 160ms ping which seems fine for the first levels as there is a bit of wiggle room in them, the second levels though, not so much. I am already finding the crystal one to frustrating to bother with, even taking it slow I am continually knocked off the platform a good second or two after moving past the obstacle.
