Also for those who seem to be having long queues. What dc are you from? I'm curious if it's an issue with queues in general or if it's a DC specific thing.
Cuz I did it for about an hour this morning with instant queues all along on Primal.

I lost another crown due to an AoE hitting me that I did not even step in. To a person who got an achievement for TEN wins.

Do I have to DC travel to Dynamis to get a win in solo queue at this point?

I just settled I'd never beat the 3rd round. I was the 1st in line like 5 times in a row but ofc that's the desync that makes it appear THAT way on my screen.

For those who aren't bothered to grind for the achievement, I guess it's 'okay'.

Ironically, the better people become at doing the maps the better it becomes to simply qualify and immediately leave if all you want are the points for dyes, housing items, etc... It's about an average of 8-9 mins including the waiting times to do all 3 maps for an average of 300 (since only 1 out of 8 can win). You can qualify for the first map and dip out of the second map in about 3-4 mins. If you are lucky enough to get the red, yellow, blue map for the 2nd wave and are good at the timing you can get 250 in 3-4 mins and then dip after qualifying.

This is with people taking forever with the 1st map since it takes 16 to qualify. Once everyone becomes better it will reduce the time for both, still making it more consistent for your time to do map 1 & 2 then dip out.

Yes and no since you will also have more of a chance of getting knocked out in round 1 the better people get.
All depends on if the faster matches outweighs the potential losses.

The server tick issue is really a big problem in this event, I actually put up that I really liked it in my OP, but as more and more people logged in and are playing it, it's basically become a nightmare, I'm from EU and I'm either going through things that should hit me, or getting hit by things that shouldnt hit me

actually ridiculous tbh, very sad that it ruins such a fun event, it's almost unplayable as an european playing on NA

But meh, even if I lose I can very slowly build up to buy all the things I guess....Do you get the mgf or whatever it is called even if you dont try running? Because If so I might just stand still :P

You do get 50 mgf I think yeah even if you dont move, and as I mentioned above, once people started to log in, the server lag + server tick both went haywire and its actually borderline unplayable at this point
