So the solution to criterion savage rewards is... +5 ilvl to your weapon?
is that some kind of sick joke?

Yeah, it says "After the initial collaboration event has ended, it will be held as a special event at irregular intervals.", which doesn't tell us much about how often it might come back! It's semi-permanent, it's set to reopen during special periods. So think of it's like Gate interveil but with a much MUCH longer wait time in between. xD
Might even be closer to how Moogle tomestones work in terms of when it reopens, like perhaps every couple months? They haven't specified a timeframe yet.![]()
Better color markers for PvP. Nice.
I assume the intention is that it works better if lots of people are playing at once -- it's not much fun to have a "last person standing" contest with only one or two people.
If it's seasonal, more people will want to participate during the time where it is available.
That's true.![]()
I feel like glamour is in a bit of a rut between the insistence on a lot of modern glamours and also that they need to produce one complete set of glamour every time, perhaps combined with thinking "this set should look coherent" is more important than providing something different to previous outfits. The pants and shoes end up far too similar to each other. We'd be better off getting more tops or interesting pieces for building combinations.I wonder who is responsible for the glamor items?
Since Endwalker everything is 0815, all pants look the same, every style looks the same, just a slightly different texture on it.
The shoes are almost always made for men. Likewise the pants. There is nothing about it that is even slightly feminine.
All the items look like they come from a department store catalog, far too real and usually don't fit into the game.
Can we get some glamor back that fits the game, please. I want to play Final Fantasy and not Second Live in ugly.
I want more fantasy gear and different historical outfits.
That said, we haven't been entirely lacking in feminine outfits. The Salon Server, Shishu ladies' outfit, Yakaku, Martial Artist sets have all had feminine elements or can be used as such. Maybe other sets too, but those come to mind.

Seems to have been a joint agreement between Fall Guys and FFXIV to have each game running their crossover version intermittently. I suspect on our side it will probably be running during the x.x5 patches alongside Moogle tomestones to give players something to do during the content lulls.

Most of the Unisex Glamours tend more to Male as to Female Items.
The leaf parasol is nice. That's all I've got.
Isn't the new glamour the Peacelover (was it?) set with bell bottoms? ...it's a little uninspired.
I find paint drying more interesting than anything the game has to offer at the minute, I don't know if it's their approach overall to the game since Endwalker that has turned me off everything completely or if it genuinely is more boring than it's ever been.
Okay, I am far from SE's biggest fan at the moment, but you're not exactly being fair here. Dragging in MSQ/ content rewards items that are always unisex, writing off items clearly directed at women because they're mix and match and dismissing other items simply as "ugly" isn't really an honest assessment.
If there are more male-oriented items than usual, it's only because players have been requesting it for a long time and had previously expressed disappointment with how few items there were in contrast to female glams. They were also yelled at for a long time to make glam items accessible to all genders, which they've clearly been trying to make a point of doing this time around.
That said, a lot of the glams have been boring this patch. They've grown way too modern and look very drab in a FF setting.
