hard agree, i say its good having punishing play for misuse, but we already have that in the form of messing up the mundra order, there is no reason to punish us for wanting to keep our gcd rolling when thats generally the basis for all dmg in this game
I would say Mug and Trick Attack are fine how they are if it weren't for the crippling damage nerf on the physical damage itself, NIN has the worst damage output out of all melees during the odd minutes of the fight, sometimes the 2m burst cant properly account for it. All of this done to make the job balanced doesn't look balanced at all.
We just get a punishing job that if followed as intended gives mediocre damage overall.
If they won't fix that, then maybe bring back poisons?
Getting the Huton timer paused on Hide is a good ask since the tanks do not care for ninjas or dancers in duty roulette.
Raiju not breaking on the GCD clip.
Re-enable Hide when all enemies are not targetable/hidden.
Disclosure: was a shb nin main for raiding & dungeon now i just use it for deep dungeon & treasure maps
Mug & trick attack are fine maybe a change in CD but the application is good , the real issue was/is the removal of shadow fang and condensing assassinate & dream into one skill to make room for the 2 raiju skills (reducing ogcds is terrible) along with adding hurajin basically making armor crush redundant
Before you even say anything about assassinate animation lock, it was something they definitely could have fixed just as they did with with other issues regarding animation lock
Also i recommend looking at some of the past removed skills from SB to get a better idea of what was taken &/or repurposed, personally i think it would have been neat if they kept jugulate as a psudeo interrupt, made smokescreen into a party buff that would reduce DMG taken as well as kept sneak attack but i digress as these are just fantasies (oh the irony)

Not a main Ninja but, I would like Dream within a Dream to be removed, but the animation kept!
Basically, it would just replace Mug. DwD has no interaction with anyskill and is quite boring as a skill. It could be removed without affecting the rotation or gameplay at all (beside removing 1 button press during burst window).
This is obviously to make some room for the 1-2 new skills we'll get.
For the rest, really hard to say. Nin's kit feel complete and it's hard to see what could be added.
Something to have a more meaningfull downtime, like, less boring than 123123123 I suppose.
But for the rest... all mudra are now useful. The element which are not (hyoton) becomes when using Kassatsu. We got 2 ressources gauge. Some thematic skills. Good mobility and ability to hit at range if needed (altough with those hitbox....)
I really don't know what could be added.



the ninja kit level 50 and below is still pretty packed, so I'm okay with having lower level ninja not have access to the upgraded mudra combos. Lower level content isn't so tough as to have it make a huge difference accidentally using a less potent skill. If they're moving down ninja skills to level 50, I'd rather have armor crush as the level 50 capstone skill
