Can't teleport to friend

Steps:
1. Rightclick Estate Teleportation on that specific friend
2. See nothing in it
3. Rightclick a different friend
4. See the Apartments and/or Private Estate and Free Company Estate options, even if the first and second friend are in the same free company

I really don't see how this is relevant to a server-side issue.

If this issue is only one due to a friend having since unfriended you, then that's its own bug and the friendship should be severed on both sides.

Did the friend that doesn't allow you to teleport allow teleports? It is a setting they can enable or disable in their room's house settings.

They said both were in the same FC, which would mean they have the same homeworld. They also said it worked for one of those friends. So that doesn't seem to be the issue. It is most likely that the player has kept their settings set to private.
