Mentor Roulette bugged?

Normally, when you have battle mentor status on a character, the roulette would still show up in your duties list but you would be locked out if you didn’t meet all the conditions (like missing an ex or iLvl) and it would tell you which ones(s) specifically.

Edit: looking at your character sheet on the Lodestone shows that you have not completed the “More than Fear” achievement (range -magical dps job quest) . So, it looks like you do not have battle mentor status yet. Complete that achievement and go talk to the Smith.
