Mentor Roulette bugged?

I... alright so, talking to the Smith, I can confirm I am indeed both Battle and Crafter Mentor. I got that good ol' crown on my name, and have had it for a few days now.
The one thing that I do seem to be missing is that job quest! Good catch! I'll do that and report my findings.

My only question is - is it normal to be able to become a full mentor without having completed those role quests? I just... assumed I'd done them since it's been a while, and it didn't get flagged when I applied for Mentor status, it just gave it to me.

You probably became mentor before they added this requirement.

have you done stuff like guildheists, odin trial, the 4 hildi trials and also the two relic weapon trials?

To get mentor status re-certified you only need to get the achievements listed on the wiki page linked to earlier. Once, you’ve completed the one that you’re missing and you’ve talked to the Smith again, the roulette will appear but it may be locked.

If you are missing any dungeon to unlock it, it will then tell you

Edit: looking at your character sheet on the Lodestone shows that you have not completed the “More than Fear” achievement (range -magical dps job quest) . So, it looks like you do not have battle mentor status yet. Complete that achievement and go talk to the Smith.

Any one of the three DD role quests count for mentor status. You don't have to do all three. They did one of the other ones.

If you have combat mentor status, then you must be missing an optional duty somewhere. Asari listed the easiest ones to miss. You have the achievements for Odin and a Manderville weapon. Your achievements list says you have not completed any ARR relics, so check again for A Relic Reborn: the Chimera and A Relic Reborn: the Hydra. I'll highlight those in red above so you can easily see their order in the list.

Oh my god it's 100% The Hydra. With the new visual bug of not being able to see what Duties you're missing, going up and down the list a hundred times must've made me blind. I just flat out never progressed that far into the ARR Relic chain, so I need to go unlock it first.

It really is a pain in the ass to cross-reference all these different lists without the locked roulette in front of you showing you where the missing ??? duties fall in the list. I'm glad they acknowledged the invisible locked roulette as a bug and not an intentional removal.

I know in the most recent patch my mentor roulette vanished until I completed the new raid, dungeon and trial. In the past it's been visible, just greyed out until I complete it.
