    im pretty Shure it is a bug because the last time i reported it it was accepted as a bug and fixed, however since then i have found more instances of this bug occurring.
    what i will say though is that my screenshots don't do the bug justice, probably because the images were downscaled when i uploaded them to the lodestone. in game the glowing is far more visible and distracting.

    my best guess is that the bug is caused when the lighting in some areas of the game interacts with the flooring (assuming the flooring is semi light reflective) causing the lips on my character and potentially other characters with similar settings to glow.
