Alt+T playing on console

How to use alt+r to reply to a message sent by Party Finder, while playing on Playstation 4 or 5?

I know I can buy a keyboard and use it on the console, but if practically all the functions I can do on the controller, it's reasonable to think that answering someone is also possible using the controller.

You can move the cursor to the message in the party list then press your submenu button and Send Tell.

But really you should probably just get a keyboard.
