    Its obscure for sure, but it does add up considering the added effect on that one specific weapon and Viper class. Again we still dont know how the snake concept will come to play. I want to believe we'll have dots, but considering how the FFXIV battle team apparently hates dots, that may be unlikely we'll have it?

    Hell, RUNE TOOTH would have been a better name. It better communicates Zidane and Hunter/Ranger, as well as suggests a runeblade/mystic knight. While also having a more solid "bestial" motif than a simple snake.
