As I've said before, "viper" conjures up an idea of a quick-striking blade user, much more readily than those other names suggest anything specific in terms of fighting style or weapon.

This just feels like scraping for any reason to discredit the name. There is no reason why one discipline can't be named after an animal, nor any reason why others would also need to share the pattern before one is allowed to do so.
Really? GUNbreaker? Who happens to use a GUNblade, a well known Final Fantasy weapon? You're reaching. The warrior as I mentioned was a stretch, but good call trying to call me out on that example when I already mentioned that. And DARK Knight, well, the entire motif/story is about DARKness and they're a tank/protector, so knight fits there as well.

Quick strikes? That's the identity of the Viper? Really? If that's all there is to the name, then yea, I'm going to say it's a bad name. If they add in a snake motif and/or poison, sure, but quick striking melee user? No, that could be really any melee class.
