Steps: I'm on the step on this quest line where I have to enter Amdapor Keep in order to proceed with the Artemis Bow.
I'm supposed to get the Amdapor Glyph from the keep.
However, when I go to where the map shows the entrance, the entrance is not visible.
I've logged out/restarted computer and logged back in.
Entrance is still not visible. Not showing on the Duty finder either as a level 50 instance.

Have you... unlocked the dungeon yet? Amdapor Keep requires completing the side quest "Ghosts of Amdapor" in Western Thanalan (which itself requires you to have completed the dungeon Aurum Vale, unlocked from the same quest giver).

Yes, it seems you did not actually do the unlock quest for the dungeon.

A Relic Reborn does not unlock this dungeon. It merely entails doing the dungeon as part of the grind.

I can see Amdapor in my duty log. I just need to do that? Even though it's not showing it to be level 50?

There are two instances of "Amdapor": Amdapor Keep and The Lost City of Amdapor. The quest indicates you need Amdapor Keep.
Both of them also have a (Hard) version, which can be unlocked after completing the normal versions.

Of the two dungeons, and their Hard versions, only one instance is not a level 50 dungeon, being The Lost City of Amdapor (Hard). Which isn't relevant, because you need Amdapor Keep.

Without seeing your Duty List, nobody can say for certain. But, still sounds like either you haven't unlocked the correct dungeon, or may need to look closer at your Dungeon list.

To be clear, being a level 50 dungeon, it will be under the "A Realm Reborn" tab of dungeons. You may wish to collapse the "Heavensward" dungeon list to make it easier to see the 15-50 dungeons.
